About Us
Meet Tsunami Unlimited.
Founded by Shane Nand, our mission is to help businesses, organizations, and campaigns build a stronger digital presence through professional websites, digital advertising, branding, and creative design.
Born and raised in Newark, California, Shane graduated from Newark Memorial High School before earning his degree from San Francisco State University. In 2019, he began his career as a Public Relations Coordinator with the Alameda County Assessor's Office, where he played a key role in modernizing the department's communications and digital presence.
Among his earliest projects were redesigning the Office's Annual Report and website, leading to additional opportunities to develop and manage digital platforms for Alameda County and partner organizations. His work has included the creation of the Alameda County Tax Portal, a dedicated small business resource website, an Asian American and Pacific Islander elected officials website, and the California County Assessors' Information Technology Authority website. Beyond web development, Shane has produced videos, print materials, presentations, marketing collateral, and public outreach campaigns serving diverse audiences across California.
Since 2021, Shane has expanded his expertise beyond government service to support small businesses and political campaigns with their digital needs. Drawing on years of experience in web design, digital marketing, graphic design, social media strategy, and communications, he helps clients establish a professional online presence and connect effectively with their audiences.
